WHAT TO DO NEXT?
Once you have picked your individual plot at Long Four Acres – Bracon Ash, you will need to appoint an Architect and start the design process. AC Architects have worked on over 260 projects across the UK and are happy to guide you through the process – from initial design right through to handing over your finished low energy home!
STAGE 1A - INITIAL REMOTE CONSULTATION
- This remote option will be carried out over a 2hr call, skype or facetime.
- Discuss your project brief, please provide any sketches or access to any Pinterest or mood boards.
- Review the options available, for design style, construction method, energy performance, build cost and any other area you need to be clarified.
- Review and explain the Design Code and your individual Plot Passport, for your chosen site.
- Prepare a fixed cost fee proposal, which will outline all of the stages required for your project.
- Prepare a project timeline, which will show you the journey from initial design to handover of your completed home.
Cost – Free of charge
STAGE 1B - INITIAL ON SITE CONSULTATION
- This onsite option, include’s a site walkaround and meeting with an Architect.
- Discuss your project brief, please bring along any sketches or access to any Pinterest or mood boards.
- Review the options available, for design style, construction method, energy performance, build cost and any other area you need to be clarified.
- Review and explain the Design Code and your individual Plot Passport, for your chosen site.
- Prepare a fixed cost fee proposal, which will outline all of the stages required for your project.
- Prepare a project timeline, which will show you the journey from initial design to handover of your completed home.
