In 2021, we launched our seminars at the NSBRC in Swindon, which have helped many self builders to build their dream home. As a way to further support clients in Scotland, we are offering the opportunity to attend a seminar which will be hosted in the offices of ACA in Fife (5th July), bringing together professionals from different areas within the field of Self Build.
The seminar hosted in our office in Scotland offers a holistic approach to understanding and addressing various aspects of a Self Build project. Clients can gain insights and guidance from experts with diverse knowledge and experiences, enabling them to make more informed decisions.
Our seminar will help clients in the early stages of their construction projects, with our team of architects and technicians providing design insights, taking into account the client’s vision, requirements, and budget.
Whilst our in-house structural engineering team (ACS) can offer expertise in ensuring structural integrity, gaining insights into building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Understanding these requirements can help clients navigate the complex landscape of construction compliance, ensuring their project meets all necessary legal and safety criteria.
David Hilton, a heating specialist and Brian Singleton (ADM systems), a heat source pump specialist, can guide clients on energy-efficient and sustainable heating solutions. Through the presence of heating and heat source pump specialists, you can learn about innovative heating systems and energy-efficient solutions that can reduce costs and environmental impact. Understanding these options can empower you to make informed choices, resulting in long-term savings on energy bills and reduced carbon footprint.
Tom McSherry, a mortgage/financial expert, can provide advice on financing options, ensuring the project stays within the client’s financial means.
Tom’s presence in the seminar can give clients valuable insights into financing options, mortgage rates, and budgeting. He can guide clients on the financial implications of their construction project, helping them develop a realistic budget and explore available financing avenues.
Attending the seminar allows you the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, potential collaborators, and industry leaders. Such networking opportunities can foster valuable relationships, providing you, the client, with a broader professional network for future projects or collaborations.
Our seminar provides a platform to access a wealth of knowledge, resources, and best practices, learning about the latest architectural trends, construction techniques, sustainable design principles, and financial strategies. This knowledge can empower you to make informed decisions and stay up to date with industry advancements.
Overall, attending a seminar hosted by ACA, complemented by experts in various related fields, offers our clients a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights, receive guidance from specialists, and make informed decisions about their construction projects. It equips them with the knowledge and resources necessary to enhance their project planning.
