Having worked in New Orleans from 2005 until moving to the United Kingdom two years later, Jenny holds a US architectural registration. She joins AC Architects in the Swindon office where she provides consultations to Self Builders and is available to host Virtual Reality demonstrations.

Iga PanczynaAC Architects

Architect & Passive House Expert

Iga is a Chartered Architect and newly qualified Passive House Designer specialising in design of one-off homes for self and custom build clients. With over 10 years of experience in the UK housing market, Iga’s portfolio features a range of low energy homes built to high energy efficiency standards.

Brian SingletonADM Systems

MVHR Expert

Brian is a senior engineer with ADM Systems who were pioneers in MVHR in the early 90s. He has been with the business almost from inception and is also a BPEC and NICEIC accredited engineer who regularly helps with the design specification and commissioning of installed systems.

Tom McSherryBuildStore

Finance Expert

Tom has worked in financial services for 30 years, with the last 16 specialising in self-build mortgages at BuildStore. He has provided expert advice to hundreds of customers on major homebuilding projects and has completed self-build projects himself, earning a reputation as a self-build finance expert.
