Sustainability is a key priority for Fakro, reflected in their Go Green initiative. Their timber is sustainably sourced, UPVC components are made from 99% recycled materials and natural sheep’s wool insulation is used in their products.
Moreover, Fakro offers a high level of customisation, making its products adaptable for various applications, including heritage projects. Their product range includes different external shading options and installation heights, ensuring flexibility for different architectural requirements. Their in-house drafting technicians also provide bespoke system drawings, allowing architects to explore unique, non-standard designs.
Fakro’s innovative air-inlet construction ensures optimal performance in airtight buildings while providing purge ventilation where required. Their air-inlet system, positioned at the top of the frame, can regulate airflow efficiently, adapting to different pressure levels to maintain consistent performance.
