Conversion and refurbishment of existing stone outbuildings on Perthshire Estate
TAC Architects were appointed in 2019 to assist with the conversion and renovation works on the project.
The goal was to create holiday let accommodation from a group of existing stone outbuildings on a rural estate in Perthshire.
The existing buildings had been empty and unused for a number of years. Our client’s vision was to form high-end tourist self-catering guest accommodation within the buildings whilst maintaining the unique character of the buildings and courtyard cluster.
ACA prepared planning and building warrant drawings for the development and assisted during the construction works. The result is a real transformation and has created a unique destination set within the surroundings of the estate that has turned our client’s vision into reality.
