Traditional Development Plot, Milnathort

ACA have been working with a private client in Perthshire, assessing development options for their large garden plot. The large garden grounds of the current Manse, were explored via initial Feasibility Studies. 

These studies (initially) showed that it may be possible to fit two family homes on the selected area of the garden.

However, after a number of Planning Application reviews, it was established that the planners would not support two large houses.

The proposals were then revised, and re-submitted to the planners, under a fresh planning application. This application was supported by the planners in June 2016.
