Emma joined the team full time in 2022 as the Learning and Development Director. Her role consists of developing continuous professional development within the company, supporting staff on this journey, and creating and delivering a new CPD programme. Most recently, Emma has also taken on the role of managing the marketing within ACS.
Emma is also married to fellow director Allan, and they have been together for 14 years. During that time, she has been on the journey to support and help build the business. Emma comes from a background in education, where she taught in primary schools for 16 years. As part of that role, she also supported and mentored newly qualified teachers. She is passionate about education and working with both adults and children.
In her free time, I enjoy spending time with my two boys, which usually involves football. Most recently, she has also taken up Karate! She enjoys being outdoors, especially on the beach, and when she gets some time to myself, as well as going shopping or socialising with friends.
