Rod joined the team in 2018 as Non-Executive Director to help in ACA’s strategic business development. Rod is experienced in helping business owners and leaders with strategy, people, organisation structure, finance and commercial problem resolution.
Along with 3 co-directors he performed a Management Buy-Out of an Electronic Office Supplies company, ISA International plc. ISA’s flotation on the full list of the London Stock Exchange followed 2 years later. For the last 25 years Rod has worked as an independent Non-Executive Director of businesses across many different sectors, from international electronics manufacturing to food production to healthcare.
