Development of 4 Houses in South Wonston

After the successful completion of our flatted development in Chichester for our developer friends at Cormorant Ltd, ACA were appointed to help deliver four new eco homes, which were to be built on a gap site in South Wonston.

The four homes were to provide a modern family living, with reduced energy bills and quality external aesthetics, which would fit with the surrounding houses.

It was decided to use a high-performance timber frame, with MVHR and triple glazed windows. This, along with a very low airtight envelope, meant that these homes would be heated for a fraction of the cost of a normal developer built home.

The external contemporary look was finished with bricks and vertical metal cladding.

The homes were completed to the highest standards both inside and outside in 2019 and brought to market for sale.
