In October 2019, we were contacted by a couple who were looking to build a modern, efficient home to enjoy with their family.

We worked with them closely for several months, developing their brief and exploring various design options that would meet their requirements and lifestyle.

Our 3D software proved to be an invaluable tool to help the clients understand the design.

The couple also attended a SIPS Industries Self Build Seminar which provided an in-depth view of building airtight and the importance of insulation etc.

The budget was also an important factor throughout, but we have successfully managed to incorporate everything the clients have asked for.

Their chosen contemporary design allows spacious, open-plan family living whilst taking advantage of scenic views across the fields towards St. Andrews.

The project was recently submitted for planning, and we hope to progress on the building warrant and construction stages soon.
